Agave Lemonade

I love the Agave Lemonade at Quickie Too, a Jamaican vegan restaurant in Tacoma. I could eat there everyday.

I wanted to try and replicate their lemonade.

Here is what I used:

1 cup lemon juice (I picked up a jar of Santa Cruz organic lemon juice at Whole Foods)
3 cups purified water
1/2 cup Blue Agave
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice (6 small limes)

Blend together.

I think it's too tart so I'm going to reduce the amount of lime. I also want to squeeze my own lemons (juicer maybe). My agave is dark so I want to try a different kind. All in all I like it. Quickie Too's was definitely lighter in taste. I will try again!
