Potato Wedges

























Not sure why anyone would buy frozen potatoes when they're so easy (and hella cheaper) to make. You only need the following:

2 golden potatoes
s&p
olive oil
Parmesan


Cut potatoes in quarters, long cuts, 1/2 then 1/2 those 1/2s :)
Place in a bowl and spread with olive oil. Not saturated but pretty covered.
Toss with S&P and some Parmesan

Place in preheated oven at 450 for 15 minutes, turn, 15 more and done!

  2. Hi Mindy. That's a really good idea. What goes with what? You know I have been thinking about posting my week menus which have everything I am cooking for the week! so maybe that would help? What do you think?

  3. i think that's a great idea! i have no problem using recipes, i just go blank when trying to decide what would go with what.. i'm looking forward to seeing your menus! :)
